Natural Remedies For Back Pain
Every time I sit for too long I get a pain right at the small of my back that remains with me long after I have changed positions. What I've realised is that back pain is a very common ailment among young people whether it is due to accidents, sickness or sprain.

Stretching can help ease back pain.
There are a number of remedies available for back pain such as medication, rest and sometimes even surgery. Here are some natural remedies that won’t be as invasive as surgery or have the side effects of medication:
-
Vitamin D – If you are experiencing muscle pain, this can be a sign that you are deficient in this essential nutrient. A diet that is filled with vitamin D can help relieve the muscle pain. Cod Liver Oil, salmon, tuna, mackerel, sardines, milk, liver, eggs, cheese are just some foods rich in vitamin D.

Acupuncture – This traditional Chinese therapy helps to relieve pain by the insertion and manipulation of needles at strategic points along the body. The belief of practitioners is that pain is caused when energy is blocked within the body and the needles help by releasing the energy and allowing it to flow.

As with any other medical concern, seek the advice of your doctor before you try the above suggestions.
