Cheers To Rihanna's New Video

Bajan superstar Rihanna released her latest video 'Cheers (Drink To That)' a few days ago and I love it! It's an engaging montage of Rihanna's live performances and private life. This is perhaps her first music video to feature footage in her homeland Barbados, showing gorgeous Barbadian vistas and Rihanna interacting with her family, friends and other locals at different settings, including Kadooment Day and what looks like a karaoke bar.

Rihanna is even seen frolicking with celebs Avril Lavigne (who sang background lyrics for this track), Jay-Z, Kanye West and Cee Lo Green, among others. Check out the video below:

The very next day, the music video for Rihanna's joint project with Trinidadian-born rapper Nicki Minaj was released. In contrast to the sunny vibe of 'Cheers', the video for 'Fly' has a gritty atmosphere although the song's lyrics are quite uplifting.

Nicki Minaj and Rihanna have great working chemistry and are fun to watch.
