Yes, we've been all taught that high self-esteem is important, I believe that, but is there such thing as too much self-esteem? Some studies have shown that when you're self-esteem is too high, you may not have a realistic perspective of who you really are.
Some people may even go on to say that it's better to focus on the negative aspects of your personality so you would know what to focus on. What do you guys think about that?
